Our Story

Born from the creative friendship of the founders behind Uluwatu's KALA restaurant, My Dear Clara is a celebration of Italian hospitality, craftsmanship and connection. Our space is built around a theatrical, fully open kitchen. Guests can watch a fully transparent on-site cheese factory, where fresh burrata and stracciatella are pulled daily using premium local Java milk, a pasta section and pizza bar where classic shapes and ultra-crisp Roman-style pizzas are hand-rolled in plain sight, and a cocktail laboratory using a rotary evaporator.
